3. Orders and Payment

Orders placed on the Chaitanya Ayurveda website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full through the provided payment methods before order processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and Chaitanya Ayurveda shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of Ayurvedic products, returns and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after verification of product condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Chaitanya Ayurveda.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
