Ortho-C is an Ayurvedic formulation designed to provide relief from joint-related pains and discomforts. Each capsule is enriched with powerful herbal ingredients known to support bone and joint health. It contains Maharasnadi, Amalaki Rasayana, Ashwagandha, Nirgundi, Methi, Gokshura, Neem, Punarnava, Haridra, Shallaki, Yograj Guggulu, Paneer Dodi, Shankh Bhasma, and Kapikachu. These herbs are traditionally used to manage pain, inflammation, and stiffness associated with arthritis, back pain, joint pain, and sprains.

• Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) – 45mg

• Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) – 30mg

• Neem (Azadirachta indica) – 30mg

• Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) – 30mg

• Haridra (Curcuma longa) – 25mg

• Neem – 20mg

• Shallaki (Boswellia serrata) – 20mg

• Yograj Guggulu – 20mg

• Paneer Dodi (Withania coagulens) – 15mg

• Gokshura – 15mg

• Shankh Bhasma – 15mg

• Kapikachu (Mucuna prurita) – 15mg

Inactive ingredients:

• Magnesium Stearate – 3mg

• Talcum – 7mg
